I’m so happy that you are here. No matter where you have been or what obstacles you have faced, know that you are here for a reason. Welcome.

Life is full of twists and turns, filled with traumas and hardships that we cannot predict or control. We develop coping mechanisms to survive, to protect ourselves from pain and turmoil. These coping mechanisms may have served you well in the past, but now they may be holding you back, causing more harm than good. Through therapy, we can unearth these defense mechanisms and unravel the wounds that lie beneath. Traumas can build up over time, clouding our vision. By healing these wounds, you can begin to see yourself and the world more clearly, and shed the layers of protection that no longer serve you.

Empathy, trust, communication, and curiosity are the cornerstones of my work as a therapist. I want to understand you and help you understand yourself — to learn how you perceive yourself, how you perceive the world around you, and most importantly, who you truly are. It is an honor to sit with you, to witness your pain and joy, to listen to your stories.

Together, we will explore what has shaped you into the person you are today, and we will peel back the layers to reveal the person you are meant to be. I am eager to walk this path with you, to guide you through the process of healing and self-discovery. I cannot wait to meet you.
