Ellie creates a warm, down-to-earth space for her clients to explore their emotions, build self-awareness, and feel genuinely understood. She works with adolescent girls, teens, and young women to better understand the “why” behind their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while navigating topics such as belonging, confidence, and perfectionism.

Ellie helps clients recognize patterns, develop practical tools, and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth. She emphasizes the importance of understanding personal values, strengths, and relational patterns as part of the therapeutic process. Ellie believes that while our feelings are important, they are not always reliable sources of truth about ourselves or others. Through therapy, she helps clients challenge unhelpful beliefs, approach themselves with greater compassion, and discover deeper self-understanding, resilience, and confidence.
