Maddie Maradik, BA

Maddie is passionate about helping young women and teens by meeting them wherever they are in life, and making therapy collaborative and client-centered. Maddie aims for therapy to feel like an alliance, as no one is ever meant to walk or feel alone. Her approach is hands-on, friendly, and tailored to the needs of each client.

Maddie loves working with young women and teens on issues relating to body image, eating disorders, self-esteem, pregnancy, life transitions, anxiety, and OCD. Maddie incorporates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Acceptance, Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to best assist each client by meeting them exactly where they are and providing them with the tools to meet their therapy goals.

As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s-level intern, Maddie continues to grow in her work through ongoing training and close collaboration with experienced supervisors, ensuring each client receives attentive and compassionate care.
