Grace Bollinger, BA
Grace works with women, girls, and couples who are navigating anxiety, grief, identity, and life transitions. She believes in doing meaningful, compassionate work and is especially drawn to supporting clients who feel stuck or overwhelmed, helping them reconnect with themselves in honest and hopeful ways. Grace’s approach to therapy is collaborative, curious, and client-led. She is guided by unassuming curiosity and a deep belief in the healing power of being seen and heard. She holds space for truth and emotional complexity, gently helping clients move toward greater clarity, self-understanding, and resilience.
Grace blends evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support each client in a way that honors their story and lived experience. Her therapy space invites clients to bring their full selves, even the parts they may struggle to accept. As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, Grace continues to grow in her work through ongoing training and close collaboration with experienced supervisors, ensuring each client receives attentive and compassionate care.
