MMFT

Individual & Couples Therapist

A young woman with long brown hair and a nose piercing is sitting in front of a dark wall, smiling at the camera with her chin resting on her hand. She is wearing a white eyelet blouse and dark jeans.

I work with young adults, and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationships issues. I believe that therapy is meant to be a space for in depth exploration, creating insight that leads towards tangible moments of change. Using a holistic approach that integrates attachment theory, Restoration Therapy, and Emotionally Focused therapy, I work to create a safe and approachable space that allows clients to explore the challenges of life to live fully as their most authentic selves.

I enjoy working with young adults as they navigate life transitions and step into adulthood. I am equally energized by supporting couples in deepening their emotional connection and working through gridlocked patterns of conflict. With me as your therapist, you can expect a direct, compassionate, and warm approach, always balanced with a healthy dose of humor.
