Calee Pineda, MA LPC-MHSP (temp)
Calee believes in doing meaningful, empowering, and honoring work with clients. Her approach to therapy involves working with women, young adults, and teens to foster a supportive space where exploring thoughts and feelings, uncovering strengths, and achieving meaningful growth through developing skills is at the forefront of her sessions.
Calee has experience working with women who have experienced perinatal issues, young adult life transitions, generalized anxiety, teenage self-esteem, and couple’s work. Calee feels a drive to invest in working with women, teens, and young adults and her approach is rooted in the belief that each individual has the capacity to do hard things. Through a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Calee will aid in identifying and addressing obstacles holding you back. Calee believes in the power of joy and laughter within the therapeutic relationship, as integrating a sense of lightness and humor can be beneficial in easing the process and creating a comfortable space.
